Ron is an executive who exemplifies strong sales , marketing and management skills. Ron was a Partner with The Diestel Group and Woodlake Associates Ltd. all executive search practices. Prior to that, Ron was a principle at Thorndike Deland Associates, New York, NY; the nation’s oldest retainer based executive search practice (EST.1926). As a Technology, Bio-Pharmaceutical and Financial services search  consultant, Ron has worked with clients such as Wells Fargo, CS First Boston, AT&T, Goldman Sach’s, Citibank, Time Warner, Guardian Life, HSBC, DMR Consulting, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, JP Morgan (Chase), Centocor, Sun Micro Systems, Cashedge, Nomadix, NeuralID, Validus Technologies many other Fortune 1000 and emerging growth companies. Previously, he worked as Senior Sales and Marketing Executive for Savin Corporation, The Raytheon Company and Greenwich Technology Partners.

Ron lives in Los Gatos, California. He was also a past member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants and a past member of SIM (Society of Information Management), Software Development Forum (Palo Alto). Ron attended Stanford University.
